Our bracelets are based on International sizing standards. The key measurement here is the inner diameter of the bracelet. While size is not a problem on adjustable bracelets, it can be an issue on firm bracelets. To find your right size for firm braceletsi:
- Select a firm bracelet / kada / bangle from your personal collection that you think fits you best.
- Place it firmly on a piece of blank paper
- Trace the inside circumference, keeping the pencil at an angle such that the tip touches the inner surface of the bracelet as you trace
- Draw parallel straight lines touching the outermost points of the circle
- Measure the length between the bottom and the top line. This is the bracelet diameter that you ideally want.

Another simple way to find out your size is to visit your local market and try on different sizes at a bangle-shop. All shopkeepers can tell you your bangle (firm bracelet size). If you should not find your size and still want to buy the size available, we are happy to serve (fashion bracelets are best worn loose - but don't buy any which is more than 0.5 cm greater in diameter than your ideal measure).

How do you pack my shipment?
All items are packed with a lot of love and care in recyclable cardboard boxes sealed with DONE by NONE magical tape. We also shrink wrap the box for extra protection from the weather and baddies.
Are there any Packing charges?
For packing we don't charge anything what so ever the product size and the number is in the order.
What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with OR I receive an incorrect article?
Do not accept a shipment if either the shrink wrap is missing or the magic DONE by NONE tape seal has been broken. Just show the delivery boy what you mean and call up Customer Care at +91-9266-80-2999 and lodge a complaint.
God forbid, but if you should have received an incorrect article, get on the phone with our customer care and scream - for you have the right to! We will arrange return pick and deliver the correct item at no extra cost. But then again - this does not happen.................
