Manage & evolve outstanding Brand imagery
Conceptualizing clutter-breaking communication
Guiding the team of junior graphic artists & ensuring consistent imagery quality
and timely delivery
of all communications
Supervising & art directing shoots
Efficient management of all resources
The applicant will be required to evolve and sustain a unique spunky visual language for

He/She will define and sustain the personality of the brand through his/her design
He/She will also lead an in-house team of graphic designers.
The applicant should have a degree/diploma in Fine arts or Mass media, with 6-8 years of
with established design & communication firms, Fashion Publications or Advertising
Great design sensibility is absolutely essential. But the applicant also needs to match
it with fast turnaround time,
enthusiam, energy and cabability to inspire his/her team & handle high work pressure and

Vijay K Misra and Vijesh Sharma.
Vijay has 25+ years of multi functional experience in Fashion & Retail industry with a
strong skill set in branding & marketing, product development, sourcing and manufacturing.
Amarinder has 15+ years of experience in managing online businesses, sale & marketing and
investment banking. He was head of the online commerce business, Readers Offers and
ZigWheels.com at Indiatimes in his last role.
Vijesh has 6yrs+ hands-on experience in building & managing large scale direct -to-consumer
business processes. He was heading consumer experience and product management for Indiatimes
Shopping and Zigwheels.com in his last role.
