Why Done By None?
Founders: We are really inspired by today's young women and their free-spirited, un-influenced and independent mindsets. They are truly Done By None and our brand name is an ode to their way of life and state of mind.

Where are you guys based?
Everyone: Delhi (psst...they really mean gurgaon!)

So we have heard in start-ups you have a lot of work and no life...
Smiles, sighs and uncomfortable looks later, the Founder: Yup it's hard! But we believe in having fun@work. So we keep organising something fun every week like treasure hunts, camp-outs, samosa parties...
The unspoken answer: Dude! We have a 6-days work week! Obviously we don't have a life!

How do you guys dish out all this cool merchandise so fast?
Design Head: Well our design team is really inspired by today's young women. So while we scour the globe for all that's in-vogue, we ultimately create designs inspired by the fun & fearless attitude of these women. That's how we bring to you bang-on-trend designs you won't find anywhere else. (we believe her)

Marketing Head: Also our young fashionistas live life in a pretty fast lane, so we keep up bringing them cool new things every week (life must be tough for these guys because everyone nods & exchanges meaningful looks).

And how cool is your work-place?
Founder very quickly: We have flexi-timings.
Writer: Well I can't exactly put my feet up on the table but it's cool.
Founder: We have a very artistic team. They draw, sketch, photograph a lot (stares from the designer, the photog and the graphic designer). And we also have a cool lounge (someone tell him that's the photography studio!!)
